    3. Thanks Cousin, You and I seem to have some of the same shirt-tail relative surnames cousins. The BROWNING like the KIRK surname are both related shirt-tail lines cousins to my ancestors. My paternal grandmother Morna Evalene BESS was related to most of the early surnames of the area thru her mother Sarah Elizabeth (ELMORE) BESS. My line of ancestry is in the HIMES line link of our homepage. In case anyone cares to read it for any connections. http://members.truepath.com/beverly/index.html Beverly (HIMES) BARGER ----- Original Message ----- From: <Jerryblay@aol.com> To: <ILFAYETT-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, August 12, 2000 10:02 AM Subject: Re: [ILFAYETT-L] KIRK family > In a message dated 8/12/00 8:28:51 AM Central Daylight Time, > grvtrain@twrol.com writes: > > << Nicholas KIRK b.1788 d. 1 Aug 1845 Motgomery Co, IL married abt 1809 KY > Elizabeth ?___ b. 2 January 1780 SC d. 12 January 1859 Montgomery Co, IL >> > > I think this Elizabeth was Elizabeth Browning, b.
