I am in need of your help. I am looking for the record of the marriage of my grandparents, Elmer F. Johnson and Margirie (Madge) Totten Hughes. Marriage date 1908. The couple eloped from the Decatur area, no one in the family remembers the county where the marriage took place. If you could check the marriage record in this county, I would be very grateful.
