Seeking info on James Beck. Was married to a Mary ? Lived in the Ramsey, Dresser Prairie ,il. area years ago.had several children, a son died wondering what ever happened to him..the family always said he ran off and left the family...its said he went to the Joplin,mo. area...any help would be appreciated...thanks so much....,

There were a number of BECK families in the area. More than one James BECK also. Any approximate dates? Any children's names? I don't have a direct line of BECK. Some were related to my MCDONOUGH line in the Fayette & Montgomery Co., IL area. What is your ancestry?
