Thompson Feb. 10, 1914 - Oct. 10, 2000 Josephine G. Thompson, 86, of Taylorville died at 10:33 am Tuesday, October 10, 2000, at Meadow Manor Nursing Home. She was born February 10, 1914, in Woodlawn, IL, the daughter of Fred E. and Lucy Mulvaney Thompson. She was a retired homemaker. Surviving are two sisters: Neita Williams of Brownstown and Freidia Wright of Fayetteville, NC. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Lloyd Thompson, Ralph Thompson, Cleo Thompson and Ivan Thompson; sisters: Marjorie Prevea, Normagene Hopper, Blanche Chastian and Rosemary Thompson. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, October 12, 2000, in Elder Cemetery, Farina, IL, with Rev. Francis Hudson officiating. There will be no visitation.     3. Penny I can't begin to tell you how much your help has been appreciated. I still can't believe we weren't notified but now at least I have her obit. I had to go to the cemetery today just to prove to myself that it was really true as she was one of my favorite Aunts. Again, thanks so much and if there is anyway I can help you with lookups from any of the cemeteries Rich and I have walked, Please let me know.
