I received a lookup request from a granddaughter of Benjamin Franklin Durbin, born February 13, 1894 in St.Elmo, IL. From her grandfather's death certificate, it appears that his parents were a Benjamin F. Durbin, and Amy? ___. This does not appear to be the Benjamin F. Durbin, son of Morris, husband of Sarah __ Durbin, and of Louisa J. Buckanon (married 11/24/1896), whose family is listed in St.Elmo in the 1870, 1880 and 1900 census records. Or is it?
