Well, I've gone ahead and done it! After reading all the supportive replies and your suggestions and hints, I posted my new policy on the Effingham County GenWeb page. You are all welcome to go there and check things out. I fully expect to take a lot of flak about this (not from the list people because you have been so supportive), but it's a step I felt I had to take. I have set pretty high standards for the Effingham County page, and I feel that if I can't do it right, I should not do it at all.
