I found a listing for Edna Little 1893-1981 and Carl H. Little 1878-1948 in the cemetery book for Oak Ridge Cemetery, I think it is also called the Effingham City Cemetery. There is also a listing for E. A. Little in another section of the cemetery 1877-1912. Another Cemetery with listings for the surname Little is in Beecher City. If you are interested in them let me know. Someone more familiar with Effingham than I would have to tell you what roads Oak Ridge Cemetery is on.
