Hi, I wonder if anyone has the 1850 Effingham census and can check for the following individuals: Demaris Dillingham Reese Bourland (1795-1876) Charles Lycurgus Wilcox Bourland (1830-1877) Dudley Williams Bourland (1833-1909) Mary Albina Bourland (1836-1889) James Thomas Bourland (1838-1901) Demaris' husband, Andrew, died in Fayette County in 1841 and is buried in Watson Cemetery. I can find Demaris in 1860 living in Effingham County with her son, Dudley Williams Bourland, but am unable to find her in 1850 or in 1870. Demaris died in Effingham County in 1876 and is also buried at the Watson Cemetery. Their names are frequently misspelled. Thank you for your help. Shaunee Power
