Re Surnames: If I receive a report that an e-mail address is no longer valid and after I make an unsuccessful try to contact that person, I will remove that surname from the list. There is no sense having a surname there if that person cannot be contacted. I will only remove a surname if I personally have not been able to reach the submitter. The other reason for removal would be the one I initially stated in my first message....if the submitter asks me to remove it. Is that okay with everyone? I'm really trying to come up with ways to speed things up. Linda
