Jeff, The book "Selected Records of Effingham Co." has records taken from newspapers, church records, cemeteries etc. I found the following taken from the records of St. Francis church in Teutopolis. Johann Leinen b. Dec. 6, 1820, Thersia, b. March 25, 1810. No death records. They may be buried in the church cemetery without a marker since they are not listed in the cemetery readings we have. You might want to write or call the church office and see if they have a record of their death. St. Francis Church, 203 East Main, Teutopolis, IL 62467. Tel. 217- 857-6404.
