    3. Hello everyone, I just finished phase one in the construction of a "new" old site. After I moved my Loy site to Rootsweb.com, I kept the old account at Fortunecity.com still open, where as of today it's now a site dedicated to stuff pertaining to Effingham County. The daughter of my grandmother's cousin has the 1935 Old Settlers' Reunion Bulletin, which I scanned and have on this site. According to this 20 page booklet, it was the first edition printed. I'm curious if anyone else knows of any later publications in existence, which might be able to be scanned for this site. This first edition publication not only gives a history of the county, but records deaths and marriages in the county during the past year. I plan on adding more stuff to this little by little. When I get time, I'd like to add the Effingham County State census, which I have on microfilm. Additionally, I inherited my dad's autograph book from when he attended White School in the late 1930s. I'm hoping the penciled autographs of his classmates will show up in a scan. There are two ways to access the site. One is by the original URL: <http://members.fortunecity.com/milennium/paddington/63> which was used for my Loy site. After Fortunecity changed website "street" names (Paddington 63) to user names (loyhistory), it can also be accessed at: <http://members.fortunecity.com/loyhistory>
