Joanie, I don't know what information you already have, but there is a biography of Anton Niebrugge in the History of Effingham County, 1910, book. The Effingham County Marriage books show nine marriages for that last name between 1833 and 1915, and in the Cemetery books, some Niebrugge's are buried in St Mary's in Douglas Township(Bernard's family it looks like) and the rest are shown in Volume 12, which I only have an index for, not the pages with the date of birth/death and other info.
