Chris(tian?) and his wife Caroline immigrated with their children (including John, father of Clarence) in 1891 or 1892 per a couple of different census. Linda Bays provided the info about Mr. Willdy, who Christian met in the Army in Germany, and was somehow involved in C and C coming to Effingham (he said it was a great place to live and they should immigrate there? :-) ). Jacob,Chris's younger brother, immigrated in 1892, with assistance of Christian. Also Jason, who's a son of the 2nd Ray, although he was kind of a jerk when I went to school with him and probably not very helpful :-) I'm not sure if the R.
