Hi Delores, It's looking like Dr. John didn't have much time with his second wife either. There's a marriage for John LeCrone and Sarah A Geary in St. Clair County 1896 in the index. It's the only one that seems possible for Dr. John's second. 1896 would make sense if he wasn't married in the 1895 directory that Audrey found, although I'm not sure why St. Clair. Maybe I should send for it anyway. Thanks for suggesting probate records. I'll definitely give them a try.
