The state marriage index states that an Otto KNOPF married a Zella M. BARROWS on 13 Jul 1898. When I checked the IRAD addresses, I did not see where marriage records for Effingham County are included. I'd like to know the names of the parents of Otto to determine if he is a brother to my great-grandfather. He is not on the state death index for the years 1916-1946 so I have no idea when he might have died to try to obtain a death record. Any suggestions?
