I, belong to the Hensley/Fisher-Hensley/Rentfrow line My great Grandfather, William Lafayette Hensley was a descendant on his father's side (John F. Hensley) of Hickman Hensley and Agnes Fisher. From his mother's side (Malinda Elinor Rentfrow) he was a descendant of Hickman Hensley and Elizabeth Rentfrow. As David Sloan put it "It's a wonder we aren't all half-wits." My line came from Lewis County, Tennesee (and Hickman County, Tennessee before that) to Effingham County. Before Hickman Co., Tn., they were in North Carolina, etc. as were yours. Have you been to the Bob Hensley Site? Lots of information. It seems like Todd Cisna of Effingham might be in your line, at least to a degree. He gave me some of the information. I have no children for James (I have Materson) Rentfrow and Pernicy McWhorter...thus, no you. I have been trying to prepare my records to send to a cousin of mine. Do you know how to isolate one line of the FamilyTreeMaker to send as a GedCom? I put all my lines (and my husband's) together so I am able to work back and forth as information comes up. Surely there's an easier way to take out just one line without doing what I'm doing (re copying in another file...this one is a PAF). All for now.
