Sorry -- I forgot to mention - One MUST make sure - if you dont want the service - make sure you send an e-mail - or call & get a confirmation number of CANCELLATION . There is also NO refund after 7 days from the time youre account is charged for their service . I changed my credit card number over a month ago & figured I wouldnt have to bother with calling ancestry about cancelling the subscription but --> they still forced the charge through at my credit card company . I did not know that -- so I am stuck with another years charge on my account . Since I do not like the new format - I am not happy about this at all . Oh well - ripped off again sheri
