Hi, Lowell - I'm responding to your message. In the new edition of the Boundless Bounds, I think I MAY have found him. On page 134 it says, "Isaac M. Bounds, born Nov 9 1840 at Silva, Wayne County, Missouri, is listed in the 1890 Veterans Census in Lost Creek, Wayne County. He was married first to Nancy Bishop, and his second wife was AMANDA L. WHITE! (He also had a third wife, Artemissa Lutes). If this is NOT the right Isaac, you need to look at the book, because there are over 25 pages of Isaac Bounds, and it would be a job for me to try to connect, but lots of FUN for you!! Good Hunting!
