    3. Hello Jerry I am not sure where the name, Hess, might fit in to the Bright or Moore research. I did find Margaret Moore, of Ireland, in the 1850 census and Isabell (wife of David Bright) was listed with siblings and Margaret in Effingham Co. No father was mentioned at that time. I thought if either David or Isabell died in Effingham Co, it might mention a father. Would be interested in knowing if this info fits with your bible or other info. I am researching these families for a friend and he doesn't have anything other than his gggrandfathers name (David). Thank you for answering.
