    3. Could someone let me know when the quarterly's go out for the effingham county Genealogical society? We joined it back in early november I believe and we haven't gotten a quarterly yet. Just curious, I have been anxiously awaiting it. Thanks for the info on the book though, we are going to try to get one ordered also.
