I was not informed of his death until a couple of months later. I looked on the web to see if Effingham's newspaper was on line but no such luck. The Decatuer Herald had an obituary in their September 21, 1999 edition but I don't have access to their previous papers. I was wondering if there is a kind soul who could get a copy of my great-uncle's obituary and email it to me? His name was Stanley Ray KIMBERLIN and he was 87 when he died.
