Hello listers! I just wrote to the Circuit Court in Effingham Co for assistance with a guardianship query, and they were very helpful. While not being able to take the time to look around for what I wanted specifically (which was anything to do with the guardianship issues of my fourth-g-uncle's grandchilden) they did advise me to contact some independent researchers for more detail. I want to do so, but before I entrusted my desire to hire one of the recommended researchers to snail mail (which means the inevitable two week lagtime...ewww) I'd see if either one of these ladies subscribe to this list!
