My nome is Brett Mullins. My G-G-Grandfather, Allen Mullins, Came from Illinois in the 1880s to Missouri. His Wife was Temple Francis Edwards. I have found a possible marriage record of Allen Mullins and Francis Edwards in Effingham Co. in 1872. According to family legend, Allen left Illinois in the night in a big hurry, so he might have broken the law. Does anyone know these people? I have hit a dead end. Any help is greatly appreciated.
