I just did a Google search and here it is http://effinghamdailynews.townnews.com/ The Genealogy Society has several compilations of books in their research section on obituaries. That's where I've gotten most of mine......when I go back to visit, I spend a lot of time in the library. Plus, they have the newspaper on microfilm.
