I don't know of any contact, but.....if it were me, I'd call one of the Shumway churches, a general store, or the fire department itself and just ask. I'm a big advocate of picking up the phone and calling. Surely one of those could give you the name of someone to talk to. If you can't find out, let me know and I'll call my nephew who lives in Shumway and see what he can tell me.
