I am looking for information on My g-grandmother Mary Ellen Davis, born in Effingham ILL. in 1864. All I have to go on is her father is Jacob Davis. She was married to a man named Mr. Clement.They had a son,Charles F. Clement. This has been my brick wall for some time. I have been trying to find this information for my mother for several years and she is 88 years old and in very bad health.Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
