I have the mortality schedules for 1860, 1870, and 1880 for the following Illinois counties: Clay, Crawford, Edwards, Effingham, Jasper, Lawrence, Richland, Wabash and Wayne. Hi, I am interested in finding out information on the descendants of Nickolas and Christina NAGLE from Bavaria Germany. As I've listed below, they had 12 children, 10 of which were born in Edwards Co. around Grayville. (The first two were born in PA.) Many of them moved to Indiana later on. I recently subscribed to this Edwards County Mailing List (this morning). I am researching the MICHELS and WOODS families. I am also interested in the names CHENOWETH, KNODEL, and SILVER. Is there anyone else researching these names? George, Moses, & John MICHELS came from Maine to Ill. in abt. 1817 along with their sister Permelia MICHELS BROWN SHEPHERD.
