As many of you know I have been on this list a long time. I started searching in about 1997 before I got a computer. Because our line is so difficult to search, every clue was followed up on and proven without a doubt in anyones mind. I was about to go to a pyschic because of a brick wall. One of our line of Ingram cousins' said - Let's go the DNA route. Long story short. He is I1b and my husband is R1b. We are NOT related. Now we need a tie breaker. I have asked the very few Ingram cousin's we have to take the DNA test. Needless to say I am pretty discouraged. There is an adoption or illegitimacy somewhere that we have missed. I know, I know, it's a chance for another mystery to solve. AND as soon as I recooperate, I may have fun again. We went through www.dnaheritage.com. There is tutorial, there is a special rate until the 7th of March this year. Are you brave enough to test your "paperwork" against the DNA testing? Sure was a surprise to me.
