In the 1930 census for Chrisman City, Edgar Co., IL, "Bruce E Blanchard" and wife Anna had children Walter, 24, John, 21, Charles, 20, Elizabeth, 18, Mabel, 14, Mary E, 10, and Virginia, 7. We have traced this line back to Horatio Blanchard who migrated from northern Virginia to Kentucky, then Ohio. His son Horatio settled in Edgar County IL with many descendants; would like to locate some today, as we are trying to connect various branches of Blanchet and Blanchard descended from original Virginia settlers.
