My second great grandfather, and m. Matilda (Mattie) Boles (spelled many ways) from KY or IN. Thomas moved his family to TX ca. 1979. They are listed on the 1880 census in Montague Co., TX. I am hoping that you have more info by now on George Washington and Harriet Reed. My Thomas middle name was Jefferson, according to relative in TX. Perhaps that is a clue.
