Illinois. He had several children in the area.This would have to be our Jacob Gooden Lycan (listed as Gooden,Gooding Lycan many times) Jacob Gooden Lycan,jr would be too young in 1816. This Jacob Gooden Lycan was a Justice of Peace in Floyd Co.Ky in 1799. He is gone in 1810 Floyd Co. Ky. Census.Many emigrated to Edgar Co. Ill. from Floyd Co. Ky.
