My Great Grandmother was named Lucy Layman. Her Father's name was Charles Layman and her Mother's name was Emma Copeland. My Great Grandmother along with two sibilings were placed in the Edgar County Children's home when they were very small. It lists that their father was in residence at the Soldier's home and that their mother was deceased. I've hit a dead end from there. Any info would be appreciated.
