Jesse was born in Belmont County, Ohio, in 1819; married Mary Stout and moved to Edgar County about 1870. They had children Gilbert, 1849, Albert 1851, Julius 1854, Deborah 1856, Sarah 1860, Alice 1862, John 1865, and Arrissa 1868. Thanks.
