Baldwinville is now just a cross roads in Edgar County. The North Arm Church is still in existence and in use. It is located just east of the cross roads. The church records are located in the main parish...St. Mary's Catholic Church in Paris, IL. Fr. William Overman is the current resident priest. The Edgar County Court House may have the marriage records too. >From my understanding and others may correct me, Baldwinsville used to be a small village/town, but was primarily residents and a school house. The area around Baldwinsville is farmland. It's location is just north of Paris and East. The township name is escaping me at the moment. Hope this helps, but I expect you'll get many more replies. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Amy Ritterbusch" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, January 07, 2001 8:58 AM Subject: [ILEDGAR] Baldwinville > Posted on: Edgar Co., IL Queries > Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Il/Edgar/467 > > Surname: Sudduth, Twigg, Curl, Mattingly > ------------------------- > > Has anyone heard of Baldwinville County or Town or Township?
