Hello- Anybody out there looking for these families? William Gist m. Margaret Tennille in KY and moved to Edgar Co. by 1840. Her nephew George and family were in Edgar Co by at least 1850 but moved on to OK and TX. George Tennille (Tennell, Tennill) was the 4th child of Daniel Tennill and Hannah Barker. George and Berintha Grubbs Tennell had three children when they were counted in the 1850 Census, in Edgar County, Illinois.
