A relative told us that my husband's 2nd great-grandparents, Strother Alonzo SUDDUTH and Margaret Emma TWIGG, were married at North Arm Church in Baldwinville County, IL (October 21, 1873). The marriage record seems to have been recorded in Edgar County. Does anyone know if Baldwinville became part of Edgar County at a later date or if Baldwinville is maybe a town in Edgar County?
