    1. Father: Nathan Starr Mason, born Paris, Illinois 12-27-1905
    2. Parents: Francis Marion Mason & Mary Alice Mason (nee Starr), (I do not know location of their marriage). There were 5 girls and 1 boy born of this union...Hazel, Bernice, Clellan, Clotilde, Christine and Nathan Starr Mason. Christine was the youngest, born around 1908; Nathan born Dec. 27, 1905. Both the Mason Families and Starr Families had migrated from Virginia and Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. It is believed that John Mason sired Francis Marion Mason (named after the Swamp Fox). Mary Alice Starr's Mother was Mary Ann Starr (nee Hess), her Father I believe to be William Starr. Her Brother, Dr. Nathan Starr, was a well recognized Physician in Pennsylvania, Illinois and elsewhere.
