Would anyone know where or how I could get my hands on a copy of the last "History of DuPage County" book that was done by Rufus Blanchard? I know there was one done in 1882, but that's not the one I'm looking for. The later book - I'm told it was published in 1910 or 1911 - has more detailed bios that I really need to take a look at. Our library (downstate) has searched high & low for a copy that I can get thru interlibrary loan. No dice. The best they can find is a microfilm of the index of the names in the book. That won't do me any good, unfortunately. I really need the book itself. I will rent the book if necessary. Heck, I'll BUY it if I have to!
