I'm sure you've already gotten your answer by now, Cynthia, but just in case anyone else needs to know, to unsubsribe from the L (list) mode, you send a message to ILDUPAGE-L-request@rootsweb.com In the body of the message, enter only the word unsubscribe The same is true if you want to change from the list mode to the digest mode (or vice versa)- you'd unsubscribe from one and subscribe to the other.
