    3. Garland, In History of DuPage County, Ilinois (C. W. Richmond. Aurora, IL: Knickerbocker & Hodder, 1877), I find the following: page 72: A list of the 16th Infantry, Company F including "Mochel, George, Downer's Grove, October 18th, 1864, transferred from 105th Illinois." No Wohlhuter. page 82: A list of 55th Infantry, Company E including "Garst, Christian, Naperville, re-enlisted veteran." Enlisted October 31, 1861. page 247: From the "Business Directory" at the end of the book, "DANIEL GARST--Naperville. Meat Market; dealer in Fresh and Salt Meats of all kinds, Fresh Fish, Turkeys and Chickens, and, in fact, every thing [sic] usually found in a First-Class Market. Also, dealer, Live Stock, for which the Highest Cash Prices will be paid." No Wolff, but entries for Christian, George, and Peter A. Wolf. Are you interested in these people?
