They are housed at the Vespasian Warner Public Library in Clinton The address is 310 N. Quincy Clinton, Illinois 61727 217/935-5174 They do have a copier and copies are 10 cents each. The hours are Mon - Thurs. 9-9 Fri. - 9-6 Sat. 9-4 Sun. 1-5 The library is also online.
