book 1975- SHAFFER FAMILY / BROCK-LA-DEW FAMILY I am researching histry on my gg grandparents George & Catherine Shaffer who lived in or nea Waynesville most of their lives. George was born 1832 died 1894. Catherine was born 1831 died 1910. They had a daughter elizabeth( Lyb) who married Andrew Brock and lived near Waynesville most of her life.
