I am going to Clinton on Monday. I am willing to do one obit look up per person while I am there. Obits in Clinton are not indexed, so I must have the exact date of death in order to find it. Providing you are willing to pay the copy charges and postal charges if you wish to have it mailed to you. Copies at the Clinton Library are 10 cents. There are no guarantees that the obit will be listed in the paper. I have found many times that my family died and was buried in Clinton but that there was no obit listed. The older the papers get the less information that you find. Please contact me privately so that we don't cause a lot of traffic on the mailing list.
