Robinson Daily News Saturday 2/21/1920 Age and Boyhood Joined in Death Lawrenceville, Ill. -- Febraury 21 -- A double funeral for Riley McColpin, aged 82 years, and his grandson, Johnny McColpin, aged 10 years, was held at the U. B. church Thursday at 10:30. The grandfather died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ira Mills, Tuesday at 1:30 and the grandson who is a son of Everett and Minnie McColpin. died at 2:15 of the same day. The older man will be interred at Derr and the boy in the Otterbein cemetery. Flu followed by pneumonia caused both deaths.
