I forgot to add this part: "Dearest mother, thou hast left us; Here thy loss we deeply deel. But tis God that hath bereft us, He can all our sorrows heal." Funeral services were held at the Prairie Chapel southwest of Porterville Tuesday, March 31, at 11 o'clock, attended by a large concourse of people; burial in cemetery nearby. Services were conducted by Eld. T. J. Wheeler, of Robinson. Editor's Note (Dan Weger): You may notice in the Ikemire obit, it says Catherine had five daughters and one son, one daughter preceding her in death.  Then it names the survivors and only names two daughters and one son.  I'm not perfect, I do make mistakes, but not in this case.
