I have come across a couple of Crockers in Feliciana co, LA on the 1820 Census named John Crocker and Samuel S. Crocker. There is an Elisha/Elizah Crocker the moved to Crawford county, Illinois by 1818. In 1836, John Crocker sells some land that was granted to Elisha Crocker. Do you know or anyone else have anything on Elisha, John, and Samuel S. Crocker? My ancestor is Jesse Crocker born 1822 Goldsboro, NC and in 1847 his family group leaves the Wayne co, NC area and moves to Crawford county, Illinois.
