It would seem that the male eighth child born July 27, 1887 would be Elmer, and the female fifth child born August 4, 1878 must be Estella. I didn't find birth records for children born in 1881 and 1883 (Charles and William R.). Thanks very much for the information.

    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Ue.2ADI/1330.2.2 Message Board Post: Emily Weger is the daughter of Achilles (Killis) Weger and Mary Sanders. The last place we found them is the 1850 Crawford Co census, rumor is they went to Michigan but we never found them there. Killis' father was Abraham Weger and his siblings were James, William, Mary Ann and Samuel. Killis was the baby of the family, born in 1825. Mary Sander's father was Nathan Sanders. This is what I pieced together for the children of Benjamin and Emily. Lucy A b jan 187o d 24 Oct 1873 Mary b 1871 d 1939 John b june 1874 Thomas b Dec 1876 Estella (Stella) b 1878 Charles b mar 1881 William R b Dec 1883 Elmer b july 1887 There is no mention of a child born 1890 in the 1900 census where I found them. But it is noted that Emily had 9 children of which 7 were alive in 1900. In the 1910 census Emily is living with Thomas and John in Muskogee Co, OK. Charles is also in area along with Robert who is 25. I don't know if this is William R or not.

I still don't have Achilles Weger in my FTM, and believe me, I have a lot of Wegers! The only Lucinda Weger I have was a daughter of Samuel Weger and Josey Ann Ford, and the only Emily is the one who married Benjamin Franklin Terrell. So I'm still not really able to connect those Wegers to the others. But I'll put in Achilles, Mary Sanders, and the two daughters, and wait for serendipity.

Surnames: MONTGOMERY, ALLEN, FORD AND OTHERS Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Ue.2ADI/1330.2 Message Board Post: There is a birth record for a Female Terrell, 9th child of the mother, born April 11, 1890 in Honey Creek Township, Crawford County, Illinois, mother Emily Weger, 41, born in Crawford County, father Benjamin Terrell, 42, "farmer and trader in old horses," born in Crawford County, physician or medical attendant name not given. That's the last child I have for them, so their emigration from Crawford County was after that date. My list has only seven children, with names for Mary, John, Thomas and Estella, and birth records for only three of the seven - a female said to have been the mother's 6th child, a male 8th child and the female 9th child. The 5th child was delivered by Julia Ann Ford, a well-known Crawford County midwife, and the 8th child by Dr. N. B. Bristow of Flat Rock, who delivered many babies in the area. I also don't have a family connection for Emily Weger, though I have many Wegers in my files. Who were the parents of Emily and Lucinda?
