Hi Everyone.... Can anyone on the List tell me if there was a CHAPPEL family in Coles Co. around 1870? I'm looking for the parents of Maggie CHAPPEL, who married Green BALLEW Their son, William Lindsay BALLEW, was born in Charleston, Coles Co on 8-12-1871. I'd also like proof of William's birth.
