This copy is a reproduction by Unigraphic, Inc. and was produced in 1969. The book is hard cover with 699 pages If you have it, can I ask where you got it and what you paid for it? This book is currently for sale on Ebay and the price has jumped from $4 (which I was very willing to pay) to $31 (which I'm not quite as willing to pay) - and the auction has another 5 days to go! No telling how high the price will be by then. I'm wondering what a fair price for the book is and if I can get it somewhere else for cheaper. Thanks!!!
