    2. Lynne, There are folks in Charleston who can help. I can contact the researcher I work with to see if she has time. She obtained birth, marriage, and death records (certified copies) going back to 1846 for me from the Coles Co. Court House. She also obtained copies of obits and such from the newspapers. The date you are looking for should be easier than mine from the late 1800s. Let me know.
